Elastico Guide
1.Find a flat area of grassy ground to practice. When learning new soccer skills, it's best to establish an environment that won't present obstacles or interfere with your efforts.
2. Place the soccer ball on the ground directly in front of your right foot.
3. Push the ball to the right using the outside of your right foot.
4.Bring your foot back around the ball, snapping the ball back to the left with the inside of your right foot.
5.Practice the basic motion slowly at first. It will take a little practice for you to really get the timing down, so don't get frustrated if the ball tends to fly out of control.
6.Gradually work up your speed so that you are performing the elastico as quickly as you can. Focus more on snapping the ball quickly to the left after pushing it to the right, instead of pushing it hard to begin with.
7.Practice getting the ball around an obstacle, such as a cone or another person, before using the move in a game. The object of the elastico is to get around an opponent, so make sure to practice this aspect of the move rather than just the fundamentals.
